This is not a sleepy purchase ledger role tucked away in the corner.
We’re partnering with a growing, private equity backed Build to Rent platform managing c. £50m revenue across 11 sites, with further scale on the horizon.
The finance function has recently invested in new systems and tighter controls. They are building properly. Which is exactly where this role comes in.

The Role
This is a hands on Accounts Payable position within a busy, high volume environment. You will own invoice processing across the portfolio and help maintain discipline and control as site activity drives constant movement.
Expect circa 400 plus invoices per month.
You will
*Manage the AP inbox and process high volume invoices
*Code and post invoices accurately into the finance system
*Match invoices to purchase orders and manage approval workflows
*Support supplier payment runs
*Reconcile supplier statements and resolve queries
*Maintain strong audit trails and documentation
*Support month end with accruals and reporting
*Contribute to improving processes as the platform scales
What we’re looking for
*Experience in Accounts Payable or transactional finance
*Comfortable in a high volume setting
*Strong attention to detail
*Process driven and organised
*Confident dealing with suppliers and site teams
*Good Excel skills
*Exposure to property or multi site environments would be advantageous
