Key Responsibilities
*Draft and prepare correspondence for senior lateral candidates.
*Coordinate interviews, meetings, and assessment processes.
*Liaise with candidates, legal search firms, partners, and internal stakeholders.
*Maintain accurate candidate tracking systems and recruitment databases.
*Manage agency terms and log candidate introductions.
*Organise travel arrangements and process candidate expenses.
*Support process improvements and leverage recruitment technology solutions.
