An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join a relatively young, forward-thinking, and modern law firm based in Accrington. They have an unrivalled quality of work due to their ownership of multiple estate agencies.

You’ll join a team of experienced property solicitors and conveyancers, many of whom come from well-established and reputable law firms. This is a perfect role for a motivated individual looking to take the next step in their conveyancing career, with excellent career progression prospects and early responsibility for your own caseload and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
*Handling a mixed residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
*Managing sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, remortgages, transfers of equity
*Providing an efficient, client-focused service with regular client updates
*Working closely with colleagues and supporting the wider team when required
Requirements:*Minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing
*Ability to manage a full caseload independently
*Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Licensed Conveyancer (qualification preferred but not essential)
*Strong communication and organisational skills
*Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
