Juice is working with our long standing client in Bath who is looking for administration support currently across multiple departments. The company we are supporting has parking and they are keen to see candidates with precious admin experience.
DAY TO DAY -
*Invoice processing
*General administration
*Coordinating with customers on the phone and via email, updating on process
*Updating internal trackers
*Compliance checks
*Arrange 3rd party visits where needed
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE
*Previous administration experience
*Confident using the phone and calling customers
*Confident managing multiple tasks concurrently
