We’re looking for a hardworking and reliable Grounds Maintenance Operative to join a busy and supportive team maintaining outdoor spaces to a high standard. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and has a positive, hands-on attitude.
Your new role
*Grass cutting, strimming, hedge trimming and shrub pruning
*Litter picking and maintaining clean, tidy communal areas
*Planting, weeding, and seasonal grounds care
*Basic grounds repairs and upkeep
*Safe use and daily checks of grounds maintenance machinery
*Working independently or as part of a team to meet daily targets
What you’ll need to succeed
*Previous grounds or outdoor labouring experience
*Ability to operate grounds equipment (mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters)
*Good awareness of health & safety and safe working practices
*Reliable, punctual, and happy working outdoors in all weather
*Driving licence preferred
