SEO & Organic Growth Marketer
£35,000 - £38,000

Key responsibilities
*Implement on-page and technical SEO improvements across client websites, including keyword research, content structure, internal linking, crawlability and performance fixes.
*Develop and execute organic strategies aligned to commercial goals, identifying growth opportunities across search and content.
*Stay ahead of modern search trends, including AI-driven results and evolving discovery platforms, ensuring sites are structured for visibility beyond traditional rankings.
*Monitor performance across rankings, traffic and conversions, using tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console and GA4 to drive continuous improvement.
We’re looking for someone with:
*Hands-on SEO experience
*Strong understanding of on-page, technical and structural SEO
*Genuine interest in AI search and modern search trends
*Awareness of how search behaviour is evolving beyond traditional rankings
*Experience using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush or similar
*Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
*Proactive and curious approach to learning
