Junior Customer Operations Specialist
Location: Waterlooville | Permanent
Reporting to: Customer Operations Supervisor
Giftpro is the UK’s leading hospitality gift voucher platform, helping our customers create bespoke, fully branded gifting experiences. Following our move to Waterlooville, we’re expanding our customer operations team and are looking for a Junior Customer Operations Specialist to join the front line of our customer experience.
This is an entry-level role ideal for someone looking to start a career in customer operations. You’ll support onboarding and day-to-day customer queries, helping our clients get the most out of their Giftpro experience.
What you’ll do
*Support customers through onboarding using defined workflows
*Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and support platforms
*Follow documented processes consistently
*Accurately update customer records and tickets in HubSpot
*Meet SLAs and internal deadlines
*Escalate complex queries to senior team members as needed
*Assist with routine operational tasks within the customer operations team
*Maintain high standards of customer service at all times
