This established Thames Valley-based Employment Law firm is expanding and seeks a dynamic Employment Lawyer to join its team. You will work with employers and executives across various sectors, including Education, Software and Retail.
Your Role:
*Provide expert employment law advice to both employers and employees
*Advise on settlement agreements, tribunal litigation, and the enforcement of restrictive covenants
*Represent clients in Employment Tribunal cases and High/County Court matters
*Offer counsel on non-contentious employment matters such as drafting employment contracts, policies, and procedures
About you:
*Proven experience in contentious employment matters
*Ability to manage both litigation and advisory work
*Familiarity with Employment Tribunal and Court procedures
*A team player with a proactive and client-focused approach
