Senior Registered Manager (Childrens Home) - Alton, £54,600 - £59,500 + up to £18,000 in bonuses
An established, therapeutic children’s residential care provider is expanding and seeking an experienced, passionate Senior Registered Manager to lead one of its homes in Alton. This is an opportunity to shape a safe, nurturing environment where children can truly feel at home, supported by a highly experienced team and a strong therapeutic framework.
You will lead, inspire and develop your team to deliver outstanding care, ensuring children receive the stability, role modelling and support they need to thrive.
A relocation package of up to £5,000 is available for candidates willing to move for this opportunity.
In addition to a competitive base salary, this role offers the potential to earn up to £18,000 in annual bonuses, paid quarterly. Bonus eligibility is linked to home occupancy and achieving a "Good" or "Outstanding" Ofsted rating.
We are looking for someone who:
*Has at least 5 years’ experience within residential children’s care
*Has a minimum of 2 years’ experience supervising and managing staff
*Holds an NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People’s Workforce
*Holds a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England)
*Has achieved "Good" or "Outstanding" outcomes in recent Ofsted inspections
