Key responsibilities of an Assistant Manager:
*Train, motivate, and develop the retail team to ensure high performance.
*Deliver an outstanding luxury retail experience by leading by example on the shop floor.
*Manage daily store operations, including stock control, store merchandising, and team performance.
*Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
*Assist in monitoring key performance indicators and reporting to senior management.
*Build relationships within the store
What we are looking for:
*Experience as Concession Manager, Assistant Manager or Store Manager within a customer focused luxury retail environment.
*A passionate and inspiring individual
*Proven ability to drive sales and meet retail targets.
*Experience in clientelling or strong understanding of CRM
*Strong leadership and people management skills with a focus on team development.
*Excellent communication and organisational skills.
