Job Description:
Compliance Administrator (Temporary with potential to go permanent)
Location: Wirral (on site)
Duration: 2–3 months initially | Immediate start
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation based on the Wirral who are looking to appoint a capable Compliance Administrator to support their Compliance function on a temporary basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is extremely detail-focused, organised, and confident working with systems and structured processes where accuracy is essential.
Key responsibilities
*Managing internal and external compliance requests
*Selecting and completing the appropriate documentation templates
*Returning completed documentation to requestors within agreed timeframes
*Monitoring and managing the department inbox
*Providing administrative support to the Regulatory & Compliance Manager
What we’re looking for
*Strong systems knowledge and confident PC literacy
*Good MS Office skills (Excel, Word and Outlook)
*Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes
*Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
*Strong organisational and analytical skills
*Confidence to take ownership of tasks once trained

*Full-time, office-based role on the Wirral
*Immediate start required
*Initial 2–3 month assignment with potential to go permanent for the right candidate
