Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (1+ year)
A well-established firm is seeking a residential conveyancing solicitor to join its busy Edinburgh team. This opportunity is open to Solicitor – Senior Associate level candidates looking to handle high-quality residential property work within a supportive environment.
The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including:
*Sale and purchase transactions
*Remortgages and transfers of title
*Examining title deeds and drafting legal documentation
*Advising clients and lenders throughout transactions
*Supervising paralegals and supporting junior colleagues at a more senior level
You may also gain exposure to related private client matters, including powers of attorney and transfers of equity.
Ideally you will be:
*A Scottish qualified solicitor with 1+ year PQE in residential conveyancing
*Confident managing your own caseload independently
*Organised, proactive and client-focused
*Interested in supporting and mentoring junior team members
