Job Description:
*HR Lead - Manufacturing
*Coventry based
*4 days on-site (no flexibility) / 1 day from home
*40 hours per week
*Salary: £80,000 – £100,000 + £6,000 car allowance
*Amazing benefits including early finish on a Friday
Resourcing4HR are currently partnering with a leading manufacturing business to appoint a HR Lead - Manufacturing based in Coventry, on a permanent basis.
This is a pivotal leadership role within a large, complex, unionised manufacturing site and would suit a senior HR professional who thrives in an operational, fast-paced environment and enjoys driving real business transformation.
Key Background:
*Degree & CIPD qualified senior HR professional
*Proven manufacturing background
*Experience managing a team of c.6+ HR professionals
*Background operating within a unionised environment
*Strong experience leading organisational transformation alongside site leadership
*Comfortable being visible, present and accountable on-site
Key Responsibilities:
*Driving engagement initiatives across a large workforce
*Overseeing complex ER cases
*Leading and developing a multi-level HR team
*Partnering with diverse stakeholder groups across the UK, Europe and the US
*Working closely with a strong, high-performing Site Leader
We’re looking for someone who can:
*Hold their own in senior meetings and constructively challenge when needed
*Balance assertiveness with empathy
*Coach and develop their team at different stages of capability
*Help realign and embed a high-performance culture
