We are working with an established and growing transport consultancy who are looking to recruit a Graduate Transport Planner to join their team. They offer excellent working hours, strong benefits and genuine long-term career development opportunities within a supportive environment.

The role involves supporting the delivery of transport planning projects across residential, commercial and mixed-use developments, assisting with assessments, data analysis and planning applications.

A degree in Geography, Physics, Civil Engineering or a related discipline will be advantageous to your application.

Key Responsibilities
*Preparing Transport Statements and Transport Assessments
*Assisting with Travel Plans and sustainable transport strategies
*Collecting, analysing and interpreting traffic and transport data
*Supporting junction capacity modelling and traffic forecasting
*Assisting with planning applications and liaising with local authorities
*Producing clear and accurate technical reports
*Supporting senior consultants on a variety of projects
Requirements
*Degree qualified in Geography, Physics, Civil Engineering or similar
*Strong analytical and numerical skills
*Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Full UK driving licence (desirable but not essential)
