Residential Conveyancing & Bridging Finance Lawyer
London / Hybrid Working
£60,000 – £70,000 + Clear Route to Directorship
We are partnering with an award-winning, specialist residential property law firm to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancing & Bridging Finance Lawyer into its London team.
This is not a standard fee-earning role. It is a strategic hire with the opportunity to develop and lead a bridging finance function within a growing and highly regarded property practice.
The Opportunity
The successful candidate will:
*Manage a high-quality residential conveyancing caseload
*Develop and grow a bridging finance offering within the firm
*Build and lead a specialist team as the department expands
*Strengthen relationships with brokers, introducers and lender networks
*Play a key role in the firm’s continued strategic growth
