Investment Banking Executive (M&A & Equity Fundraising)
An independent investment banking advisory is seeking an experienced Investment Banking Executive to strengthen its execution capability.
The firm advises on mid-market M&A and equity fundraising transactions, typically between £40m–£100m, with exposure to larger deals.


Key Responsibilities:
*Leading and managing end-to-end M&A and fundraising processes
*Preparing financial models and transaction materials
*Coordinating due diligence and external advisers
*Acting as a client-facing representative
*Supporting junior team members


Requirements:
*Proven experience in M&A or corporate finance
*Track record of closing mid-market transactions
*Strong financial modelling and commercial judgement
*Ability to operate independently within a small team
