Job Description:
Our client, a well-established property and construction consultancy, is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work across a range of exciting projects, typically valued between £500k and £10m+, supporting schemes from early concept through to completion.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality professional services, including traditional PQS responsibilities and Contract Administration across a variety of sectors.
Key Responsibilities
*Managing projects at various stages, from inception to handover
*Delivering both pre-contract and post-contract duties
*Providing accurate cost planning, estimating and financial reporting
*Undertaking Contract Administration, primarily under the JCT suite
*Liaising with clients, contractors and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Skills & Experience Required
*Proven PQS/consultancy experience
*Strong knowledge of pre- and post-contract Quantity Surveying duties
*Good working knowledge of JCT contracts
*Relevant Quantity Surveying degree (or equivalent)
*Full UK driving licence
