We are seeking skilled Class 1 HGV Day Drivers and Trampers to join our team.
As an HGV Class 1 Driver you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and timely delivery of our bespoke goods to our customers.
Your primary duties and responsibilities will include:
· Operating HGV Class1 vehicles in compliance with UK road safety regulations
· Conducting pre and post trip vehicle inspections.
· Ensuring secure and efficient loading and unloading of goods.
· Providing excellent customer service and representing the company in a professional manner.
· Communicating effectively with the dispatch team.
Requirements
· Valid UK HGV Class 1 (C+E) driving licence
· Valid Driver CPC card and Digital Tachograph card
· A minimum of 2 years of HGV Class 1 experience
· Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude
· Flexibility to work various hours and work nights out if required.
Benefits
· 45 hour a week contract
· Overtime paid at £16.50.
· Overnights paid at £26.20.
· Monday to Friday – Day shifts (No weekend working)
