The RoleWe’re looking for a motivated and organised Business Administrator Trainee or graduate administrator to join our growing team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to start their career in recruitment and business support within a fast-paced, people-focused environment. You’ll work closely with experienced consultants and leadership, gaining hands-on experience across all aspects of the recruitment process while developing valuable commercial and administrative skills.


Key Responsibilities*Supporting consultants with the day-to-day management of temporary recruitment processes
*Assisting with candidate registration, compliance checks, and onboarding administration
*Maintaining and updating the CRM and recruitment systems
*Coordinating interviews and managing candidate and client communications
*Preparing documentation, contracts, and timesheets
*Conducting initial candidate screening calls and reference checks
*Providing general administrative and operational support to the team
*Learning about the business support recruitment market and contributing to team targets
About You*Recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build a career in recruitment or business support
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Confident communicator, both written and verbal
*Proactive, eager to learn, and willing to take initiative
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
*A positive team player with a strong work ethic
No prior recruitment experience is required – full training will be provided.
