This is a great opportunity to become part of a well-established Electronics Manufacturing Services provider recognised for its technical expertise and full turnkey manufacturing capabilities. The company has built a strong reputation for delivering efficient, high-quality production solutions and supporting customers across both commercial and specialist industry sectors.
In this hands-on role, you’ll work closely with an experienced production team supporting PCB assembly processes, including SMT pick-and-place programming and interpreting Gerber data. You’ll play a key role in maintaining quality standards, improving production workflows and ensuring smooth day-to-day manufacturing operations.
This role would suit a Production Manager or similar with knowledge of Surface Mount Technology, Gerber file interpretation and pick-and-place machinery, alongside solid electronics manufacturing experience and component-level understanding. It’s ideal for someone looking to develop within a respected and growing EMS environment.
The Role:
*Monday to Friday schedule
*40-hour working week
*Supporting electronics production and assembly
*Working with commercial and specialist industry projects
The Person:
*Production Manager or Similar with a background in Electronics Manufacturing
*Commutable to High Wycombe
