Hybrid working – 3 days in office, 2 days from home

We’re looking for a Candidate Resourcer to join us at Tiger Recruitment, in our business support team. Within this role you will be responsible for sourcing and building relationships with great candidates!

This is a people-focussed role, perfect for graduates or early-career professionals who are great communicators, confident, organised and who love connecting with people!

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

*Finding and reaching out to candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and our database
*Conducting initial candidate screenings and interviews
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates
*Keeping candidate pipelines up to date and helping consultants with shortlists
*Supporting our team with talent mapping and research
*Making sure every candidate has a positive experience with us


WHO YOU ARE:

*Excellent communicator, friendly, confident, and can build rapport with ease
*Highly organised with great attention to detail
*Proactive, curious, and enjoys problem-solving
*Keen to learn and grow in a recruitment environment
