Key Responsibilities
*Manage weekly customer orders and review stock status.
*Negotiate directly with customers to resolve account-related issues, including fines for stock availability.
*Maintain and update master account data information.
*Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly management reports, including standardized sales performance analysis.
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams (supply chain, warehouse, and customer service) to ensure compliance with account-specific requirements and regulations.
*Communicate relevant updates to all departments to meet account expectations effectively.
*Support the day-to-day management of assigned accounts.
*Assist with project management.
*Carry out any ad-hoc tasks as required by your Line Manager.
Skills & Experience
*Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently, including occasional travel to customer head offices (when required).
*Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a sales environment.
*Strong proficiency in Excel and general computer literacy.
*SAP experience desirable.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Organised with a methodical approach.
*Able to solve problems in a timely manner and work to deadlines.
*Able to multi-task effectively, working concurrently on several projects.
*Detail-oriented and enjoy analysing issues and finding the right approach.
*Able to direct, interact, and negotiate with colleagues from multiple departments.
