You’ll be working on:
*Project Management & Contract Administration of high-profile workspace fit-outs and refurbishments with contract values ranging from £50K up to £20M.
*General commercial building surveying duties including Acquisition Surveys, Schedules of Condition and Project Monitoring.
*Preparing and negotiating Schedules of Dilapidations, on behalf of both landlords and tenants.
*Our clients vary from corporate occupiers and SMEs, to private equity investors and landlords.
*You’ll also contribute to the success and growth of the wider business, including business development, pitching for new business, networking and PR.

Technical Requirements
*A minimum of 5 years post qualification experience.
*Experience working for a commercial Building Consultancy practice.
*Experience of Contract Administration and Cost Control.
*Experience of the Law of Dilapidations.
*Working knowledge and experience administering the JCT suite of contracts.
