Our client, a long standing high street law firm, is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to assist with some locum cover over the busy summer holiday period of 2026, to cover the end of a maternity leave.
Position Overview
The Residential Conveyancer will play a crucial role in assisting the firm covering the busy summer holidays from mid July until end September 2026. They will handle a range of residential property matters. The role is required on site for a min of 3 days per week, with the remainder from home if desired. Full or part time hours (min 3, max 5).
Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload of residential property transactions.
* Communicate effectively with clients, agents, and stakeholders.
* Ensure timely completion of legal documentation.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date case management records.
Requirements
* Minimum 4 years’ PQE as a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive (or otherwise qualified by experience) in Residential Property Law.
* Proficiency in using case management software.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication and client service abilities.
