Hours:
*Monday to Friday
*9am to 5pm

About the Role
Due to continued business expansion, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Technical Sales Engineer to join our growing field sales team. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong background in the pneumatic or engineering industries, who thrives in a customer-facing, solution-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
*Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers in the northern region.
*Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets.
*Provide technical expertise and support to customers, offering tailored solutions and recommendations.
*Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and proposals.
*Collaborate closely with the Managing Director and Customer Management Team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
*Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales forecasts, and market intelligence.
Key Requirements
*Proven experience in technical sales within the pneumatic or engineering industry (preferred).
*Strong understanding of industrial automation, pneumatics, or related technical products.
*Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
*Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own territory.
*Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the northern region.
Desirable Attributes
*Ability to demonstrate initiative, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
*Technical or engineering qualification (HNC/HND/Degree) advantageous but not essential.
*Passion for providing exceptional customer service and achieving sales growth
