Are you a skilled R&D Chemist that’s looking to take a step up in your career? We’re working with a leading manufacturer of coatings products who are looking for someone just like you to join their R&D team.
What You’ll Be Doing
The role’s primary focus will be on developing new and maintaining formulations, quality testing all raw materials as they come in and assisting production as needed. You will also be expected to help scale up operations before handing off to manufacturing.
What You’ll Bring
Essential
*Educated to a BSc or higher in Chemistry or a related field
*Previous experience working in a formulations R&D laboratory with coatings, inks, paints or adhesives
*Proven ability to problem solve in technical environments
*Familiarity with Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality standards in laboratory and industrial settings
Desirable
*A full UK driver’s license
