Position: Full-Time/Part-Time Customer Sales Assistant (Entry-Level)
Pay: Average OTE earnings between £25,000-£27,000 per annum (performance-based bonuses and incentives/uncapped commission)
Commute Requirement: Must be able to commute to Sheffield City Centre

Job Overview: We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Sales Assistants. This entry-level role provides a rewarding opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, collaborative sales setting, while supporting ongoing personal and professional development.
Job Responsibilities:
*Maintain high standards of professionalism and brand representation during all customer-facing interactions and promotional events
*Manage all customer enquiries in an accurate and timely manner
*Provide a professional and friendly first point of contact for customers
*Identify opportunities to upsell products and services based on customer needs
*Close deals to achieve organisational growth targets
*Shadow senior managers to learn team leadership, campaign management, and operational processes
*Participate in review meetings and contribute to team goal-setting
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. One-on-one mentorship from experienced managers. -Following this, candidates will progress towards a management position by developing skills in the areas of:
*Public speaking
*Finance and accounts
*HR and PR
*Campaign development and client management
*Team management
Skills:
*Proficient in English, both written and verbal
*Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers
* Multilingual abilities are advantageous
* Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively
*Demonstrated fantastic etiquette when dealing with customer inquiries
*Organisational skills to maintain a neat and orderly work environment
*Ability to sell products or services persuasively
* Leadership skills to enhance within the trainee programme
*A keen sense and drive to progress within the sales industry
