You will play a key role in developing client relationships, managing candidates, and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions, while enjoying support from an experienced leadership team and a collaborative, high-performing culture.
Recruitment Consultant Duties
* Building and developing strong relationships with clients across multiple sectors

* Identifying and winning new business opportunities through proactive business development

* Sourcing, interviewing, and managing high-quality candidates

* Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from initial brief to placement

* Providing consultative advice to both clients and candidates

* Maintaining a strong pipeline of roles and candidates

* Delivering against agreed targets and KPIs

* Representing NC Associates professionally in the Liverpool market

What You’ll Need
To be successful in your application you MUST have the following:
* Previous recruitment or sales experience advantageous but not essential

* Strong communication and relationship-building skills

* A proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset

* Commercial awareness and a passion for delivering excellent service

* Resilience, ambition, and a genuine desire to succeed

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

* Team player with a positive attitude
