Following a landmark Series D investment in 2023, the company has scaled rapidly - expanding capability, accelerating production, and attracting global attention. Now, as Pragmatic enters a critical phase of organisational development, they seek an exceptional People leader to strengthen foundations and build capability for future international growth.

The Role
This Board-level appointment offers the chance to influence culture, capability, and organisational effectiveness during a period of significant expansion. As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, the SVP will act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing strategic clarity and practical leadership across a dynamic, multi-site environment spanning Cambridge headquarters and the Durham manufacturing facility.

Must have experience
The successful candidate must bring experience of guiding organisations through rapid growth, scaling teams and processes, strengthening leadership capability, and embedding culture and engagement.
You must also be versed in being a trusted advisor capable of influencing at CEO, Executive, and Board level.
Strong reward and executive compensation expertise is also highly desirable.
