Our client is an international firm with a fully integrated Banking practice advising banks, funds, corporates, asset managers and governments on sophisticated, multi-jurisdictional transactions. Their core areas include general corporate lending, real estate finance, leveraged and acquisition finance, funds finance, trade and commodity finance and restructuring.
The team blends home-grown talent with lateral hires and is known for being progressive, collaborative and commercially focused. The practice champions new working practices and technology, while also placing strong emphasis on balance, wellbeing and flexible working.
This opportunity sits within their highly regarded Real Estate Finance group, recognised for handling some of the most complex secured lending and cross-border real estate transactions in the market. Description
* Acting on high-profile, complex real estate finance transactions for leading clients across key sectors
* Taking on early responsibility, including managing parts of transactions independently with partner support
* Working across multi-jurisdictional matters that require a commercial mindset and strong technical grounding
* Contributing to client relationships, business development initiatives and wider team projects
* Supported by a global network, collaborative colleagues and industry-leading training
* Option to be based in London or Bristol, with hybrid working and flexibility built in
Profile
* Ideally 4-6 PQE gained in Real Estate Finance at a high-quality international or national firm
* Strong academic background
* Commercial mindset with the confidence to engage directly with clients
* Interest in business development and building long-term client relationships
* Comfortable working in a high-performing environment with a strong team culture
* Open to new technology and progressive legal solutions
