The RoleWe are seeking a motivated and organised Paralegal to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work across a variety of practice areas, supporting fee earners and gaining hands-on experience in a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities*Assisting solicitors with a varied caseload across departments, including property, private client, family, or commercial matters
*Drafting routine correspondence and legal documents
*Opening and closing client files, including ID and compliance checks
*Conducting legal research and preparing case summaries
*Liaising with clients, third parties, and other professionals
*Managing diaries, appointments, and deadlines
*Updating and maintaining the firm’s case management system
*Providing general administrative support to the legal team
Candidate Requirements*Law degree or equivalent legal qualification (preferred)
*Previous legal or office experience (desirable)
*Strong organisational and time-management skills
*Excellent written and verbal communication
*High attention to detail and accuracy
*Professional, client-focused approach
*Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
*Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
