On behalf of M&G, AMS are looking for a Regulatory Learning Specialists for a 6-month contract based in London. It is a hybrid model.
We will consider flexible working arrangements for any of our roles and also offer workplace accommodations to ensure you have what you need to effectively deliver in your role.
Purpose of the role:
You will be responsible for training needs analysis, creating training plans, and designing/delivering learning interventions to support culture change. The role includes managing stakeholders, supporting project delivery, and working across 2LoD functions, 1LoD financial crime teams, and business units in the UK and globally where delegated.
What you’ll do:
*Assess skill gaps and development requirements across 2lod and business unit 1lod financial crime functions and businesses, ensuring coverage of both UK and global teams.
*Create structured, scalable training plans aligned with business goals and regulatory expectations, adaptable for diverse regional and functional needs.
*Determine appropriate learner groups for each training initiative to ensure relevance, effectiveness, and optimal engagement.
*Develop and facilitate impactful learning solutions using varied formats (e.g., workshops, e-learning, communications) tailored to audience needs and learning objectives and integrate appropriate messaging to support culture change initiatives.
*Collaborate with stakeholders to support project delivery, ensuring training initiatives are aligned with financial crime prevention strategies and compliance standards.
The skills you’ll need:
*Regulatory learning experience in financial services
*Face to face facilitation
*Full learning life cycle - training needs analysis, design, content development, delivery, evaluation of effectiveness
