Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and professional administrator / lettings specialist to join our team.
This role involves providing essential administrative support managing the whole lettings process from start to finish, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Ultimately growing of rental portfolio.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various clerical tasks, maintaining effective communication channels, and supporting organisational efficiency. Prior administrative experience is preferred, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a multilingual environment.
Duties
*Managing and maintaining office files, records, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality
*Handling correspondence via email, phone calls, and other communication channels
*Organising meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and management
*Assisting in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as required
*Supporting team members with administrative tasks to enhance overall productivity
*Responding promptly to internal and external enquiries in a professional manner
*Coordinating with multilingual stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication across diverse teams
*Ensuring the office environment remains organised and efficient at all times
*Building the lettings portfolio through canvassing and marketing
*Viewings and promoting the brand locally
*Taking on properties
*Managing the compliance from start to finish and AML
Qualifications
*Proven administrative and lettings experience in a similar role
*Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
*Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
*Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
*Attention to detail and high standards of professionalism are essential
*Knowledge of Reapit
