Office Mananger/PA
I am currently working with a wonderful London based charity who are seeking a proactive and polished Office Manager/PA. They are looking for someone with an interest in not-for-profit organisations and a passion for contributing meaningful organisations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic, purpose-led environment and enjoys wearing many hats. The organisation has a collaborative, startup feel, and they are looking for an individual who is comfortable working in this environment.
Who you are:
*An experienced Office Manager and/or Personal Assistant
*Proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
*Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail
*A confident communicator who anticipates needs before they arise
*Practical, resourceful, and solutions-focused
*Experienced in working with accountants and overseeing budgets
*Interested in arts, culture, and the charitable sector
What you’ll do:
*Supporting financial administration and liaising with external accountants
*Assisting with budget oversight and tracking
*Managing day-to-day office operations
*Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
*Providing HR administration support
*Assisting in the delivery of organisational projects
*Coordinating travel arrangements
*Supporting with IT-related queries and supplier management
*Providing dedicated support to the CEO
Benefits:
*Up to £40k DOE
*25 days annual leave
*One day work from home
