Job Description:
Product Marketing Manager
Circa £75,000 to £100,000 pa (dependent on experience level) + benefits
Hybrid – 3 days per week in a Central London office
An established and fast-growing B2B SaaS business operating at the intersection of technology, AI, and professional services is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join its London-based team.
This is a high-impact role for a commercially minded product marketer who thrives in complex, specialist environments and enjoys translating technical capability into compelling, revenue-driving narratives.
The Role
Sitting at the centre of product, sales and regional marketing, you will join a Product Marketing team of 3, with a strong focus on content writing, sales enablement and regional marketing campaign support.
Sales Enablement
*Develop clear, differentiated product messaging and positioning grounded in market insight and customer evidence
*Create and refine pitch decks, battle cards, brochures, one-pagers and demo narratives
*Partner closely with Business Development teams to strengthen sales conversations and improve win rates
*Gather and analyse win/loss feedback to inform messaging and product direction
*Produce high-quality case studies, testimonials and proof points that showcase measurable client impact
*Support international teams in adapting core messaging for regional markets
Campaign & Content Enablement
*Collaborate with regional marketing to support demand generation and expansion campaigns
*Provide product marketing input into digital campaigns and paid media activity
*Shape narratives for events, webinars and speaking opportunities
*Work with subject matter experts to develop thought leadership content on complex industry topics
*Ensure consistent, persuasive articulation of value across all touchpoints
This role requires someone genuinely hands-on with content. You will not be delegating writing elsewhere — you will be crafting messaging, long-form articles, campaign copy and sales materials yourself.
About You
*Minimum 5+ years’ product marketing experience within B2B SaaS (experience in AI Tech, Regulatory Tech or similarly complex sectors highly advantageous)
*Proven track record in sales enablement and commercial messaging
*Strong hands-on content writing experience — able to distil technical or specialist subject matter into clear, engaging narratives and provide a strong portfolio of past content writing.
*Comfortable working with complex subject areas such as commercial disputes, litigation, regulatory processes or other specialist professional domains
*Good understanding of AI, machine learning or emerging technologies in a SaaS environment
*Analytical and data-driven, with experience measuring and refining marketing impact
*Confident collaborating cross-functionally with product, sales, leadership and regional teams
Why Apply?
*Senior, visible role with direct impact on revenue growth
*Highly collaborative, international environment
*Modern Central London office (3 days per week in-office)
*Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package including pension, private medical, enhanced family leave, wellbeing support, volunteer leave, and additional lifestyle benefits
If you are a strategic thinker who enjoys being hands-on, thrives in B2B SaaS, and wants to shape the product marketing function in a growing, globally active organisation, we would welcome your application.
