We’re looking for a field-based Project Sales Manager to manage and convert high-quality bathroom project enquiries, conducting site surveys and guiding clients from concept through to installation.

Key Responsibilities:
*Managing and converting bathroom project enquiries
*Conducting detailed on-site surveys
*Advising customers on layout, product selection and installation requirements
*Managing projects from enquiry through to installation
*Working closely with clients on quality, design and budget expectations
*Delivering a consultative, premium sales experience

Essential Experience / Skills / Qualifications
*Proven experience selling premium bathroom solutions or full project-based installations
*Confident conducting site surveys and advising on layouts
*Strong consultative sales style
*Experience in refurbishments, bathroom fit-outs or similar project-led environments
*Ability to manage opportunities end-to-end
