TSR Legal are pleased to currently be working with a well-established, high street law firm with a strong local reputation and long-standing client relationships. The firm generates consistent, quality residential property work through repeat business and referrals and is now looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join the team. This is a full-time, office-based position suited to someone who values face-to-face client contact, being part of a close-knit team, and delivering a personable, relationship-driven service rather than high-volume case handling. The environment is stable, supportive, and geared toward long-term careers.
You will take ownership of your own caseload from instruction through to completion, supported by experienced colleagues and administrative staff. The work is varied and locally sourced, and the firm is keen to find someone who takes pride in client care and consistent file management.
Responsibilities:
*Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing files from start to finish
*Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
*Deal with remortgages, transfers of equity, and first-time buyer matters
*Review titles, raise and respond to enquiries, and report to clients and lenders
*Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors throughout transactions
*Ensure files are progressed efficiently and compliantly
*Provide clear, practical advice and maintain strong client relationships
*Contribute positively to the wider property team
Requirements:
*Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced non-qualified fee earner
*Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
*Excellent client care and communication abilities
*Comfortable working full time in the office
