We are recruiting for a skilled CNC Engineer to join an innovative company specialising in global audio solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a business known for delivering high-quality, precision-engineered components used in professional audio systems worldwide.
Based at their facility in High Wycombe, you’ll play a key role in producing precision parts that contribute to cutting-edge audio technology.
The RoleYou will be responsible for the programming, setting, and operating of CNC machines using Fanuc controls, ensuring components are manufactured to tight tolerances and high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities*Programming CNC machines using Fanuc controls
*Setting and operating CNC milling and/or turning machines
*Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
*Conducting first-off inspections and in-process quality checks
*Optimising programs and processes for efficiency
*Troubleshooting machining issues to minimise downtime
What We’re Looking For*Proven experience in Fanuc programming, setting, and operating
*Strong understanding of CNC machining principles
*Ability to work to tight tolerances and high precision standards
*Experience working in a manufacturing/engineering environment
*A proactive and quality-driven mindset
