Orka Financial is seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant to join their clients finance team, based in Wallingford. This role would suit a candidate who is keen to take full responsibility for the accounts payable function, with the opportunity to be exposed to wider finance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
*Process supplier invoices accurately and timely
*Reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies
*Assist with payment runs and month-end procedures
*Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems
*Support the finance team with ad-hoc accounting tasks
*Take ownership of the accounts payable function and contribute to wider finance processes
Requirements:
*Previous experience in accounts payable or finance support
*Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software
*Team player with excellent communication skills
