Location: Head Office

We are recruiting for a highly organised Sales Coordinator to join a busy and growing sales function. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting a high-performing commercial team.
The Sales Coordinator plays a vital role in keeping sales operations running smoothly. This is not a target-driven sales position - instead, the focus is on coordination, process management, customer support, and maintaining accurate records that enable the wider team to perform at their best.
The Role
As a Sales Coordinator, you will act as the central point of administrative support for the sales team, ensuring contracts, customer information, and internal processes are handled efficiently and accurately.
Key responsibilities include:
*Preparing and processing customer contracts and documentation
*Managing purchase orders and coordinating with internal departments
*Maintaining and updating CRM records to ensure data accuracy
*Supporting account managers with day-to-day administrative tasks
*Handling inbound customer queries professionally
*Assisting with onboarding new customers
*Monitoring workflows to ensure all sales processes are completed correctly
*Producing CRM reports to support planning and performance reviews
During quieter periods, you may assist with light outbound follow-ups or appointment coordination, however administration and coordination remain the core focus of the role.
