This is a pivotal role within their business, ensuring that once a sale is agreed, the entire implementation process runs smoothly from start to finish.

The Role:
As Sales & Implementation Coordinator, you will take ownership of the post-sale journey, acting as the central point of coordination between customers, technicians, and internal teams.
Your responsibilities will include: *Coordinating the full rollout of product deliveries to customer sites
*Arranging technician visits to ensure correct storage, setup, and safe use of products
*Organising and scheduling regular service review meetings with clients
*Leading internal handover meetings post-sale to clarify responsibilities, timelines, and delivery expectations
*Ensuring all actions, communications, and milestones are accurately logged on the internal system
*Monitoring progress to ensure agreed service levels and implementation timelines are achieved
*Acting as a key liaison between Sales, Operations, Technical teams, and external customers
The Package:
*Salary £28,000 - £32,000pa
*Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm
*Hybrid working (3 days office, 2 days home)
*25 days holiday + BH
Key Requirements:
*Has strong coordination or project administration experience
*Is confident liaising with internal departments
*Has excellent organisational and time-management skills
*Is detail-oriented and comfortable managing documentation and system updates
*Communicates clearly and professionally
