JOB TITLE - SEN Teaching Assistant (SEN TA)ABOUT THE SCHOOL
Prospero Teaching is seeking a caring and committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive Primary School based in North Bristol.
The school has a strong commitment to inclusion and provides ongoing CPD opportunities throughout the academic year. Depending on performance, this role may be extended or could lead to a permanent position.
CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS *Location: North Bristol
*Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
*Full-Time: Monday to Friday
*Day Rate: £90 - £110 per day
*Hours: 8:20 am - 3:30 pm
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS *Previous experience working in a UK school is mandatory
*A minimum of 24 months of verifiable, child-related references is required
*Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs, including: *Autism
*Speech & Language Needs
*Behavioural or learning needs

*Up-to-date safeguarding training completed within the last year
*Strong command of spoken and written English
*Experience within healthcare or supporting vulnerable individuals is desirable
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST: *Hold the Right to Work in the UK
*Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for a new one
*Provide two professional, child-related references covering the last 24 months
