Description
The Interim Accounts Payable will;
*Process and verify invoices in compliance with company policies and procedures.
*Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
*Ensure accurate and timely payment to suppliers and vendors.
*Maintain accurate records of transactions and update financial systems regularly.
*Assist in month-end closing processes related to accounts payable.
*Respond to supplier queries and maintain professional relationships.
*Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
*Support the accounts payable team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
Profile
A successful Interim Accounts Payable professional should have:
*Previous experience in an accounts payable or similar finance role.
*Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.
*Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
*Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
