Job Description:
Sales Order Processor
Leatherhead, Surrey
Part Time, On site, 30 hours a week across five days
Start and Finish times are flexible.
Parking available on site
Sales & Order Processing
*Produce accurate estimates for print, mail, fulfilment, and fabric orders.
*Convert quotations into sales orders and works orders in line with customer specifications and required timeframes.
*Ensure works orders are completed accurately and issued promptly to the production team.
Customer Service
*Manage incoming email traffic within the Sales Office.
*Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email, including questions on proofs of delivery, invoice queries, and general service support.
*Maintain clear, timely communication between the sales and production teams.
Administration
*Use software tools such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and other internal systems to create correspondence, presentations, spreadsheets, and databases.
*Organise and maintain digital and physical paperwork and documentation.
*Photocopy and print documents, including work carried out on behalf of colleagues.
*Carry out general office administration duties as required.
*Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management that fall within the scope of the role.
General Responsibilities
*Comply with all Health & Safety standards and complete risk assessments where required.
*Follow all company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
*Undertake training and personal development relevant to the role.
*Support wider business needs as directed by your Line Manager.
Skills & Experience Required
Essential
*Strong and proven administrative background.
*Fully IT literate, with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
*A proactive team player who can work independently and manage their own workload.
*Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Strong customer service orientation.
*High attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
*Positive, adaptable, and willing to take on a variety of tasks.
Desirable
*Knowledge of printing processes.
