Job Description:
Job Purpose:
The Housing Supply Schemes Coordinator will manage the coordination and delivery of new-build and regeneration housing schemes. You will oversee project initiation, consultation, and procurement, ensuring alignment with Client’s objectives. The role involves managing project budgets, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
*Project Coordination: Lead on regeneration and housing schemes, working with internal teams and external agencies to ensure successful delivery.
*Stakeholder Engagement: Develop relationships with government agencies, developers, and community groups to ensure smooth project execution.
*Procurement & Budgeting: Assist in procurement processes, manage project budgets, and secure necessary funding.
*Regulatory Compliance: Ensure projects meet planning, legal, and regulatory standards.
*Staff Supervision: Lead a team, ensuring effective collaboration and meeting project milestones.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience in managing large-scale housing or regeneration projects.
*Strong knowledge of construction, housing law, and project management.
*Experience with budgeting, procurement, and stakeholder engagement.
*Leadership skills and experience managing teams and external consultants.
Additional Information:
*Flexibility for evening/weekend work as required.
*Minimum two in-office days per week.
