Who Can Apply?
A university degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
A formal school counseling credential or teaching qualification (B.Ed., M.Ed., PGCE, PGDip, or QTS)
Minimum 2 years of full-time counseling experience in a school setting
Experience with EAL (English as an Additional Language) students is a plus
Prior experience in an IB School is highly desirable
Familiarity with university admissions processes in the UK, USA, and Canada (for guidance counselors)
