Global Payroll Implementation Analyst – Belfast / Aberdeen / London / Glasgow
We’re seeking a Global Payroll Implementation Analyst to join a well-established, fast-growing business. This role focuses on coordinating global and international payroll setups, acting as the key link between clients and the company’s in-country payroll network. It’s ideal for someone with payroll experience who enjoys project coordination, stakeholder management, and ensuring smooth payroll transitions.
Key Responsibilities
*Coordinate end-to-end implementation of new global payrolls, following project plans and timelines
*Act as the main point of contact between clients and in-country payroll partners
*Support payroll teams during transition phases, escalating issues as needed
*Maintain and update client-specific payroll process manuals and documentation
*Contribute to central knowledge libraries covering payroll processes and legislation
*Assist in testing, parallel runs, and post-implementation reviews
*Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements
*Support Advisors with payroll queries during implementation phases
About You
*Payroll experience, ideally with international exposure
*Experience supporting payroll implementations or transitions
*Strong project management, organisation, and stakeholder coordination skills
*Excellent written and verbal communication
*Comfortable working across cultures and time zones
*Able to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
*Experience handling confidential payroll data
*Relevant payroll or accounting qualification (desirable)
