The successful candidate will have exceptional leadership skills and will work in close partnership with the Head teacher, Senior Leaders, staff, parents and governing body to play a significant role in the continued success and ongoing development of our school.

*Have the skills, passion and drive to lead and develop provision for Additional Learning Needs across the school as the statutory ALNco.
*Have an excellent record of classroom practice throughout the primary phase.
*Have the ability to lead and manage the behaviour pastoral needs of children across the school.
*Be an inspirational leader who will inspire, challenge and encourage staff. Have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
