Our client is a specialist software provider, looking for a Spanish speaking Customer Support Executive to act as the first point of contact for customers. This role suits someone customer-focused with strong communication skills and an interest in working within a tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
*Triage inbound support tickets and route to the correct technical teams
*Answer inbound customer calls and direct enquiries appropriately
*Provide clear, professional customer communication
*Log and document customer interactions accurately
*Support customers with general software-related queries
Skills & Experience
Essential:
*Fluent in English and Spanish
*Customer service or support/helpdesk experience
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Strong telephone manner
*Team-oriented, reliable, and customer-focused
Desirable:
*CRM or telephony system experience
*SQL, reporting tools, or XML knowledge
*Second language (German, Spanish, or French)
*Familiarity with HubSpot and Aircall is a plus
