Loom Talent are looking for a proactive and analytical individual to work as a Process & Performance Specialist - Logistics Operations.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in improving warehouse efficiency, strengthening quality processes and supporting business growth.
As Process & Performance Specialist - Logistics Operations, you will be responsible for the following:
* Drive continuous improvement across warehouse and logistics operations
* Analyse processes, identify inefficiencies and implement cost-effective optimisation solutions
* Monitor and report on KPIs to ensure performance targets and system efficiency are achieved
* Support storage, shipping and receiving operations, resolving complex issues through root-cause analysis
* Act as ERP superuser, supporting system improvements, testing and IT-related projects
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen quality controls and ensure compliance
* Participate in cross-functional projects, advising on timelines, risks, capacity planning and scalability to support business growth
* Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and automation initiatives
The ideal candidate for this opportunity will be a proactive individual looking to develop a career in Continuous Improvement and Project Management. Idea requirement will include:
*2-5 years’ experience in logistics, warehousing or distribution
*An interest in Project Management and expereince taking the lead on CI from previous roles
*Previous use of ERP & WMS and exposure to improvement methodologies
* Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
* Excellent communication and data interpretation abilities
*A bachelors Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain or similar area
